This year, Ozone’s festive single origin coffee is from Finca San Jose in El Salvador. We’ve had some gorgeous coffees from San Jose on at the Depot this year and this is probably the best of the lot. A very unique coffee variety of unknown origin found on San Jose has undergone a washed process where the cherry is depulped and mucilage is washed from the seed (bean) to create a clean and outstanding flavour.

A delightfully bright and spritzy way to celebrate the festive season, with crisp white grape and green apple leading the way. Delicate elderflower notes add a floral edge, before a dark chocolate finish wraps up this elegant and refined cup.
